Lodging and Meals has important information
Due to the damage caused by hurricane Helene, we are cancelling next
week's Metals on the Mountain retreat because of flooding and road closures in western North Carolina. We will attempt to reschedule for later this fall but that may not be possible. If we cannot reschedule or you cannot attend the rescheduled event, we will refund your money
in full.
Please keep our friends affected by Hurricane Helene in your thoughts and prayers.

About Metals on the Mountain
Metals on the Mountain is a
five-day intensive retreat
designed to be a total
immersion into the creative
progress. Join us for a week of
fun, friendship and learning.
TRANSPORTATION:

If traveling by air, Charlotte and Asheville airports are the closest to Wildacres and there are car rental agencies available in those locations. There is no public transportation to Wildacres. Ground transportation options are listed on the airport websites: Asheville Airport and Charlotte Airport

You are responsible for making arrangements ahead of time with any ground transport services and for payment for such services.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made on or before August 10th are subject to a $150 service fee and there are no exceptions to this charge. The remainder will be refunded via Paypal. There will be no refunds after August 10th, including "no shows".
RELEASE:
For good and valuable consideration, I hereby release the Florida Society of Goldsmiths Board of Directors, its members, as well as any person or entity on whose property such course may be given, from any liability for personal injury or property damage that I may sustain due to negligence, or otherwise, in connection with any such course, whether by ingress or egress, attendance or otherwise.
